Our main exports are Roasted Coffee, Pulse seeds like Chick peas, Lentils, Red kidney beans, White pea beans/ Haricot beans, Brown beans, Horse beans, Mung beans. We also export Oil seeds like Sesame seed Niger Seed and, Spices like Red Pepper, Black Cumin, White Cumin, Cardamom, Coriander, Fenu Greek, Rape Seed, Dry Ginger, Turmeric, Mustard Honey, Spring Water and Soda/Mineral water. Ethiopian grows one of the world’s best coffees. We have the following types of green coffee, Sidamo, Jimma, Yergachefe, Nekemte, Kafa, Gimbi, Limu, Limu Kosa, and Harare. Each coffee listed above donates the region they are from and each one has its unique taste. Some have more acidity and very strong taste; others have less acidity with mellow and smooth taste. However the type of roasting makes a big difference on the taste if it is light medium or dark roast.
